SmartViewMD.com is a consolidated web-based portal for medical providers to monitor and receive automated alerts of patient vitals shared from disparate selected 3rd party medical devices that provide readings from blood pressure, glucose, oxygen saturation, and peak flow meter monitors. Additionally, devices that capture a patient’s temperature and weight are also included.

How it Works

• Patient takes measurement from device

• Device transmit data into platform

• Data collected from platform and consolidated into physician provider report which is sent to provider via DSM (direct secure messaging)
